Silent Hill 2 Remake may have more than one part!

The popular saying goes, there is no ashes without fire, and this is the case with the title of Silent Hill, which for years we have heard rumors of its return and many, many leaked information about the existence of several projects received by different development teams, including the Silent Hill 2 Remake project.

Indeed, Konami has proven a few days ago that this is a fact and we are now waiting for the event for the future of the series at midnight, and recently it was said that the Silent Hill 2 remake is under development by The Medium developer, and will be a temporary exclusive for PlayStation devices.

Ahead of Konami's upcoming event, YouTuber SHN Survival Horror Network reported that he was surprised when he was doing a test broadcast of Silent Hill 2 when he received an alert from YouTube that Konami owns the rights to the game. The strange thing is that the message received by the YouTuber was not called Silent Hill 2, but was called Silent Hill 2: Part 1.

This can be explained by the fact that Bloober Team will follow in the footsteps of Square Enix and the way it deals with the remake of Final Fantasy 7 divided into several episodes, and some changes may be made to the story and the design of the environment and its expansion by adopting the open areas system in each part to be a complete game.

Especially since we have previously heard leaks that one of the Silent projects will be composed of multiple episodes and may be the remake of the second part of the series. Recently, images of his project were leaked from developer The Medium.
